Maximum number of players
We can host a maximum of 140 players.

 

Entry fees
Participants are required to enter in advance. Entries will be accepted on a first-come first-served basis (140 places in all) and are incremental in time:. 

• € 70 on or before 15 March (under 16 € 50)
• € 80 on or before 30 April (under 16 € 70)
• € 90 on or before 23 May (under 16 € 80)
• € 100 on or before 23 May

Entries on or before 15 March will enjoy free beach amenities for 7 days (beach umbrella + 2 sunbeds) for a total value of € 70 when booking at the Hotel Residence Porto Mannu.

How to register
First you need to register with the site, which should be fairly easy. Please note that you need to register a new user for each entry, and use a different e-mail address. If you experience any difficulty with the process, please call us: we will be ready to assist you!

The system will ask you to input your personal data (address, place and date of birth, chess category and rating). It is important to type in all the requested data, so that the system can place you correctly on the list and we can issue all recepits required by Italian law. Once registered, you will no longer need to input your personal data and will be able to access (and register to future tournament) by typing in your username and password only.

At the end of the entry procedure, you can choose to pay your entry fee by Visa/Mastercard credit card via our secure web server. This is by far the most cost-effective means of payment, as bank charges and red tape are limited to a minimum (total transaction costs amount to € 2,50). You will receive a confirmation of your successful entry via e-mail and no further action will be required of you until your first round game at Porto Mannu!

Although more expensive and burdensome, a bank transfer is also possibile. Although you will receive an email specifying all relevant instructions, we are also writing them here below for your convenience:

2. Forward the receipt of payment via e-mail to portomannu@caissa.it.

Please note: If you need to register more than one player, you need to create a different user with a different email address.
